Our semi-permanent release agents prevent the build up on the molds used, enable a variety of demouldings, improve the flow behavior of the elastomers and increase significantly your process efficiency.
Our semi-permanent water-based release agents form a closed film on the mold after the water has evaporated.
Although micro-thin, the film is very resistant and temperature stable after curing.
The product series has a strong chemical bond to almost all molding materials and enables a very high number of demoulding pieces per application.
Furthermore, the mold release agent is not transferred to the manufactured parts, so that further processing (painting, gluing, etc.) is possible without post-processing.
