Description
Our Aquacoat SR series was specially developed for demoulding various types of rubber.
We are happy to recommend a release agent that, based on our many years of experience, is best suited for the material you are using.
We can offer you both, conventional and semi-permanent release agents.
Our semi-permanent release agents prevent build up on the molds being used, enable a variety of demouldings, improve the flow behavior of the elastomers and increase significantly your process efficiency.
Our semi-permanent water-based release agents form a closed film on the mold after the water has evaporated.
Although micro-thin, the film is very resistant and temperature stable after curing. The product series has a strong chemical bond to almost all molding materials and enables a very high number of demoulding pieces per application.
Furthermore, the mold release agent is not transferred to the manufactured parts, that further processing (painting, gluing, etc.) is possible without post-processing.
