Description
Our Aquacoat SK series was specially developed for processing silicone rubber.
The Aquacoat SK series contain semi-permanent release agents based on water, which form a closed film in the mold after the water has evaporated.
Although micro-thin, the film is very resistant and temperature stable after curing.
The product series has a strong chemical bond to almost all molding materials and enables a very high number of demoulding pieces per application.
Furthermore, the mold release agent is not transferred to the manufactured parts, so that further processing (painting, gluing, etc.) is possible without post-processing.
If used properly, mold contamination can be reduced.
