Conventional release agents have to be reapplied before each demoulding and are mostly used for epoxy resin-bound mineral cast parts such as vibration-damping machine beds.

Semi-permanent release agents, which form a closed film after the evaporation of the water or solvent are very resistant and temperature-stable after curing.

They are used for example in polyester resin-bonded mineral castings, which are often produced with the help of a hard lacquer (gel coat).

Our semi-permanent release agents have a strong chemical bond to almost all molding materials and enable a very high number of demoulds per application.
